Vicki Vincent

Vicki Marlene (Smallwood) Vincent, 66, went to be with our Lord and Savior unexpectedly on September 2, 2021, at her home with the love of her life by her side.

She was born on February 6, 1955, in Odessa, Texas to Jimmy Winfred Smallwood and Janice Marlene (Foil) Foster.

Vicki graduated from Permian High School in 1973 and went on to study accounting.  She began working for Perry Gas as an executive secretary and was General Office Manager for Permian Tractor Sales for the past 25 years.  She loved the owners, John, and Kathy Kelly.

Vicki married David, the love of her life, on January 19, 1980, at Wesley Evangelical Methodist Church.  She adored David’s daughter, Tiffany the same as their daughters, Ashley, and Lauren.  Vicki enjoyed dancing, reading, soap operas, playing games with friends, and spending time with family, especially her 6 grandchildren.

Vicki is preceded in death by her father, her brother, Jimmy Smallwood, and her grandparents.

She is survived by her husband, David; daughters, Ashley Vincent, Lauren Vincent, Tiffany Misischia and her husband Nick; sister, Lorna Stell; mother, Janice Foster; grandchildren, Lucy, Grace and Audrey Misischia, Marley and Maxim Crotta, and Ella Chitty; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, and her long-time friend, Connie Burleson.
