Tommie Ebert

Tommie Della (Jackson) Ebert, 83, passed away on February 10, 2021 in Odessa, Texas.

Tommie was born January 8, 1938 in Hillsboro, Texas to TV Jackson and Ovela Johnson. She attended school in Odessa, for the most part, graduating from Odessa High School in 1956. Soon thereafter she married Flash Ebert and started their family. Tommie was a full-time mom to Price, Craig, and DeShay Ebert. Tommie was also a talented calligrapher, and also a 3rd Degree Black Belt in Taekwondo.

Tommie is survived by her two sons, Price Ebert of Odessa and Craig Ebert of Pilot Point, TX.

She is preceded in death by both her parents, her husband Flash, and daughter DeShay Ebert.

The family would like to thank Texas Home Health, especially Lupe, for their wonderful care during Tommie’s last days.

Funeral Services are set for 1:00 PM, Tuesday, February 16, 2021 at Sunset Memorial Funeral Home with Reverend Dr. Jimmy Braswell officiating.  Burial will follow at Sunset Memorial Gardens.
