Chella was born in Del Rio, Texas to Raul & Luz Flores on October 29, 1969.

Chella was truly an Angel from Heaven who was as pure as any person could ever be. She was so energetic and lived life to the fullest. Doctors had given Chella a 15-year life span, but Chella defied the odds and lived to be 52 years old. Chella loved going to parties and dances where she would cut loose and dance the night away with her cumbias. She loved going to bingo with her mom and sister Lora. She also enjoyed going cruising around town with her dad and brothers. When at home, she loved coloring and listening to music with her mom. She loved cake, coffee, burritos, and coke. Chella was such a loving person who always wanted to give you a big hug or kiss. Oh… she loved to challenge all of us to arm wrestling and hated losing!!! She loved all of us and we loved her so much. Life will not be the same without our Chellita. Chella’s mom Luz will never forget the 52 years of memories that they made with each other. They were inseparable… they were best friends.

Rosella is preceded in death by her father Raul Flores and her niece Melissa Cruz.

Rosella is survived by her mother Luz Flores. Her brothers, Robert Flores, Javiel Flores, Mario Flores and Johnny Ray Flores. Her sister Lora Cruz and brother-in law Ruben Cruz. Her nephew Carlos Cruz and niece-in law Elaine Cruz. Her great nephews Braden Flores and Caleb Cruz. Her great nieces Breanna Flores and Melissa Cruz.

Pallbearers will be Robert Flores, Javiel Flores, Mario Flores, Johnny Ray Flores, Carlos Cruz, Caleb Cruz, and Ruben Cruz.
