Mary Louise Mitchell, 85, of Odessa, Texas, passed away June 22, 2020 in Andrews, Texas.

Graveside Services will be 10:00 AM, Thursday, June 25, 2020 at Sunset Memorial Gardens with Reverend Dr. Jimmy Braswell officiating.

Mary was born on October 23, 1934 in Tucumcari, New Mexico.   She married Clarence Mitchell on May 29, 1953 in Tucumcari, New Mexico.  She worked for radio station KTNM as Program Director.  She and her husband moved to El Paso, Texas, where they lived for 35 years before moving to Branson, Missouri.  They moved to Odessa in 1994 to be with their family.  She was a homemaker and a member of Northside senior Dance Club and Life Change Baptist Church.  Mary loved to make porcelain dolls and any form of artwork.

Mary is preceded in death by her parents, 7 brothers, 1 sister, son Clarence Mitchell, Jr., and her husband of 45 years, Clarence Mitchell.

Mary is survived by daughter, Marilyn Acosta (Jerry); son Bruce Mitchell (Nancy); grandchildren, Tiana Espanosa, Thomas McBurney, Michael Mitchell, Melanie Boyd, Corey Mitchell and Cody Mitchell; great grandchildren, Caleb Mitchell, Josh Mithcell, Christopher Boyd, Krista Boyd, Christian Espanosa, Jonah Espanosa, Addison Mitchell and Grayson Mithcell.
