Dean Rogers was called home on September 30, 2021, at the age of 50, in Odessa, Tx.

His battle with serious medical issues in recent years showed his courage in facing life challenges with a smile. Despite the pain, Dean came out a hero and stayed strong until the end.

Dean was a comedian who had no boundaries. He kept friends and family rolling in laughter because he could find humor in the most mundane life circumstances.

Dean was a prime example of what a husband, father, and Papo should be. He led his family by loving Jesus Christ.

Dean was preceded in death by his father Ned Rogers and his son Jarred Rogers.

He is survived by his mother Elida Garcia. His beautiful wife Karen Rogers. His brothers Ned Rogers (Stephanie Rogers) and Elvis Rogers (Sylvia Rogers). His sister Teresa Garcia and His daughters Amy (Christopher) Applegate, Brooke (John) Mulholland. His sons Kyle (Katalyn) Rogers, Sam Luna, and Ben (Olivia Tavarez) Luna.  His grandchildren; Alexis, MyKaela, Noah, Danavin, Layken, Christopher, Emalyn, Scarlett, Abigail, John Luke, and Tucker. Also, numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, October 9th at 12:30 at Odessa First Assembly (1101 N Lee Ave. Odessa, TX 79761). A meal will be provided for family at 11 AM in the fellowship hall of Odessa First Assembly.
