ODESSA- Billie Aileen Morgan, age 91, of Odessa, Texas passed away on May 8, 2020 in Hospice care at Orchard Park Assisted Living in Odessa, Texas. Graveside services will be held Tuesday May 12th at Sunset memorial Gardens with Jon Hendricks officiating.
Billie was born in Oakley, Kansas on October 28, 1928. She graduated from Odessa High School in 1946. She retired after 25 years with National Supply at the Denver Sales Office. After her retirement, she and husband J.P. Morgan, traveled the country and lived life to the fullest. She attended Highland Methodist Church in Odessa, Texas.
She is preceded in death by her husband J.P. Morgan, mother, Grace J. Richards, brother Paul F. Jacka and wife Alice and sister Bobbie E. McDaniel and husband Jack. She is survived by three sons, Jay Hendricks and wife Susan of Odessa, Jon Hendricks and wife Kelley of Odessa and Rick Hendricks and wife Theresa of San Antonio, daughter Christine Carson and husband Alan of Granbury. Seven grandsons, Brady Carlyle Hendricks of Bedford, John Charles Sikes and wife Candi of Odessa, Jon Brett Hendricks and wife Kristin of Midland, James Andrew Hendricks of Odessa, Brandon Beau Hendricks of San Antonio, Ryan Carson and wife Anne of Gibbon, Nebraska, Neil Carson and wife Siham, and three granddaughters, Brooke Hendricks-Green of Odessa, Kim Ferullo of Lubbock and Brittany Cox of Granbury. One nephew, Stephen Jacka and wife Linda of Markham Ontario, Canada; two nieces, Debbie Garman and husband Tommy of Tomball and Kellie Powell and husband Andrew of Dripping Springs; six great-grandsons and eight great-granddaughters.
Social distancing is still in effect, so we ask for immediate family only at the graveside. Friends and other family members are welcome to stay in their vehicles and listen to the service via radio tuned to FM channel 104.9 or watch the live stream from their webpage at www.sunsetodessa.com.
In lieu of flowers please make a memorial contribution to the Ronald McDonald House of Odessa or Highland United Methodist Church of Odessa.
