Wanda Jean Ralston, 84, went to be with her Lord and Savior on March 15, 2026, surrounded by her loving family.

Wanda was born November 1, 1941 to Arden (Tuffy) & Billie Mae Anderson in Midland, TX. After meeting the love of her life, Mike Ralston Sr., they were married on June 28, 1958 in Midland, TX. Together they raised three amazing children, Michael Jr, Curtis, & Rhonda.

Wanda was a beloved member of Midessa Heights Baptist Church for many years. She had a caring heart and a deep love for children, serving faithfully as a Sunday school teacher and Vacation Bible School Director for many years. She also served as a Legacy Lady for Sunset Memorial Gardens & Funeral Home.

Wanda had a true servant’s heart and was always willing to help in any way she could. Wanda ran the Church’s daycare center and later opened her own in home daycare where she cared for many children and helped them become the best version of themselves. In addition, she was a talented seamstress and interior designer who worked many hours alongside her mother-in-law to design and sew custom drapes to make their clients homes beautiful.

Although she was very talented at many endeavors, her greatest calling was being a wife, mother, grandmother, & great-grandmother. She was always there for her family and friends no matter the time of day or circumstances.

Wanda is preceded in death by her beloved husband Mike Ralston Sr; son Michael Ralston Jr; parents- Arden and Billie Mae Anderson, brothers- Arden Anderson, Michael Anderson, Jimmy Anderson, sisters- Carolyn Mobley, and Helen Starr.

Wanda is survived by her children: Curtis (Dana) Ralston of Midland & Rhonda (Mike “Griff”) Griffith of Boerne; daughter-in-law Leslie Ralston of Coleman; grandchildren: Tanta (Tim) Hulsey, John (Julie) Lewis, Christa (Brandon) Long, Jennifer Griffith, Brandy (Jared) Swafford, Caiti (Lance) Thomas, Kayla McLain, Matthew (Cheyne) Ralston, Michael Heath Ralston, Colton (Paige) Griffith, & Mykah Griffith; and 19 beautiful great-grandchildren; and sisters Sharon Dyson and Glenda McLain; along with many nieces and nephews.
