Tommy Loyd Gesch

Tommy (Tom) Loyd Gesch, 78, a beloved husband, father, grandfather, and brother went to be with his Heavenly Father on May 20th, 2026, in Odessa, Texas. He was born on January 2nd, 1948, to Fritz and Virginia Gesch.

He attended Odessa High School and joined the Navy in November 1965 and was assigned to the 23rd Patrol Squadron.

He is survived by his loving wife Mary, and their two sons, Chris, wife Crystal, and Eric. He will deeply be missed by his three grandchildren Zack, Zoe, and Zeke, as well as brothers Bill, wife Beth, and Phil, wife Laurel, and numerous extended family and friends.

Tom is preceded in death by his parents, brothers Terry and Clifford Gesch, and in-laws Willis and Pat Winters.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
