Timothy James Hawkins, of Odessa, Texas, passed away on January 16, 2026, in Odessa.
Timothy was born in Odessa, Texas, on April 11, 1990, to Wade and Michelle Hawkins. He was a graduate of Odessa High School and a man known for having one of the biggest hearts you could ever know—the kind that showed up for people without being asked.
If Timothy wasn’t working at the family-owned shade shop, he was spending time with his family—especially his beloved son, Noah. Being a father was one of the greatest joys of his life, and his love for Noah was evident in everything he did.
Timothy was a gifted golfer, whose talent on the course was matched only by the joy he found in the game. What people will remember just as clearly was his laugh—loud, unmistakable, and absolutely contagious. It filled rooms, eased heavy moments, and reflected the warmth and kindness he gave so freely.
Timothy is survived by his son, Noah Hawkins; Noah’s mother, Jennifer Hawkins; his brother, John Thomas Hawkins; his parents, Wade and Michelle Hawkins; and his beloved grandparents, Mary Ann and Tom Koch, and Jolene Hawkins, along with many others who were blessed to know and love him.
Visitation will be held at Sunset Memorial Funeral Home from 6 PM - 8 PM on Thursday, January 22. A Celebration of Life will take place at Ratliff Ranch at 3 PM on Friday, January 23.
Timothy will be remembered for his enormous heart, his deep love for his family, and a laugh that will forever live on in the memories of those who loved him.
