Thomas Larry Webb

Thomas “Tommy” Webb, 64, of Odessa, Texas, passed away on June 15, 2025. He will be remembered as a loving husband, devoted father, and grandfather, and a friend to all who knew him.

A visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 18, 2025, from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Sunset Memorial Funeral Home. Funeral services will follow on Thursday, June 19, 2025, at 1:00 PM, also at Sunset Memorial Funeral Home. Interment will take place at Rosehill Cemetery, Odessa, Texas.

Tommy was born on December 7, 1960, in Brewton, Alabama, to Sidney “Pete” Webb and Lena Kirkland Webb. He married the love of his life, Phyllis Winbery, on July 9, 1979, in Odessa. They built a life together and raised their family.

A hardworking man, Tommy spent his career in pipeline construction. Known for his big heart and bigger personality, he never met a stranger. He was always quick to lend a hand and even quicker with a joke—bringing laughter wherever he went.

He is preceded in death by his father, Pete Webb, and his sister, Renee Webb.

Tommy is survived by his wife of 45 years, Phyllis Webb; son, Brian Webb; daughter, Krystal Webb Patterson and bonus son, Chris Patterson; his beloved mother, Lena Webb; and brother, Jerry Webb. He also leaves behind his sister-in-law Dianne Vasquez and brother-in-law Ramon Vasquez.

He was a proud grandfather to Victoria (Tori) Patterson, Alexandria (Ally) Patterson and her partner Dailan Carrier, and Joshua (JP) Patterson. Though he didn’t get to meet him, Tommy was overjoyed to learn he would soon be a great-grandfather to Luka Carrier.

Tommy’s extended family is far too large to list, but he was blessed by each and every one.

Serving as pallbearers are Jerry Webb, Brandon Webb, Ramon Vasquez, Mario Matta, Donnie Jerkins, and Chris Patterson. Honorary pallbearers include Ricky Roys, Chase Jerkins, Clayton Jerkins, Donald “Smooth” Denson, and Paul Hernandez.

Tommy Webb leaves behind a legacy of love, laughter, and service to others. He will be deeply missed and fondly remembered by all who had the privilege of knowing him.
