Stephanie Townsend

Stephanie Nicole Townsend, 42, of Midland, passed away on Wednesday, March 2, 2022, in Midland, Texas. Today we rejoice in the knowledge that she has passed the barrier of time as we know it and is forever home with her Savior.

Funeral services will be held on 1:00 PM, Monday, March 7, 2022, at Sunset Memorial Funeral Home. Reverend Dr. Jimmy Braswell will be officiating.  Burial will follow at Sunset Memorial Gardens.  Arrangements are by Sunset Memorial Gardens and Funeral Home.

Stephanie was born in Andrews, Texas to Steve and Kim Townsend on July 21, 1979.  She went to school in Odessa, Texas.  She worked at Townsend International and was involved in 4-H, Texas Lions Club and loved taking care of her nieces.  Stephanie enjoyed fishing, traveling, swimming, listening to music, going to concerts and spending time with family and friends.

Stephanie is preceded in death by her grandparents, Gaylon Townsend, JC and Marchetta June Bivins.

Stephanie is survived by parents, Steve, and Kim Townsend of Midland; sister, Kema (Justin) Clinton; brother, Caleb Townsend; nieces, Brynn, and Raelyn Clinton; grandmother, Zelda Townsend all of Odessa and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

Pallbearers will be Jeff Townsend, Jeremiah Townsend, Zeb Rogers, Paul Bivins, Travis Dollar, Jerry Branum, Bernie Tucker, and Caleb Townsend.

The family would like to suggest that in lieu of flowers, donations be sent to the charity of your choice.
