Sherry Norene Rogers Telford

Sherry Norene Rogers Telford, beloved daughter, sister, wife, mother, aunt, and friend, passed away on April 28th, 2024, leaving a profound legacy of love and kindness. Born in Carlsbad, New Mexico, on August 27th, 1981, Sherry later attended Dawson High School, where she excelled academically and was actively involved in 4H, softball, and dance, leaving an indelible mark on her school and community.

On November 12th, 2002, she welcomed her son, Brynden Kade Rogers, into the world, and on January 10th, 2012, her daughter, Kynleigh Sue Telford, was born. Sherry's life was filled with an abundance of joy and happiness, a joy that she shared with her family. In 2011, she married Jeremy Lynn Telford, and together, they created countless cherished moments.

Sherry was known for her bubbly personality and infectious happiness, which radiated warmth and joy to all around her. She was preceded in death by her parents, Glenda Sue Rogers and Levi Franklin Rogers, her Pa and Nanny Ben and Martha Mullins, her mother-in-law Connie Humphreys, her aunt and uncle Bill and Kathy Porter, her aunt Barbara Evans, and her nephew Tyler Norman. She leaves behind her husband, Jeremy Telford, Son Brynden Rogers, and daughter Kynleigh Telford all from Odessa, Texas; sister Julie Ann Rogers of Odessa, Texas, nephew Mason Sellers of Odessa, Texas, nephew Cole Norman and his wife Taylor Norman of Jacksonville, Florida; sister Frankie Leigh Black and her Husband Derek Black of Fort Duchesne, Utah, nephew Christopher Nolden of Ballard, Utah, nephew Bryson Nolden of Vernal, Utah, Niece Gracie Nolden (Hunter Reynolds) of Roosevelt, Utah and many cousins and friends who will forever hold her memory close to their hearts.

Sherry's legacy will live on through the love she shared and the lives she touched. She will be deeply missed and fondly remembered by all who had the honor of knowing her. May she rest in eternal peace.

Funeral services to honor the life of Sherry Norene Rogers Telford will be held on May 6th at 10 am at Sunset Memorial Funeral Home, located at 6801 E Business 20, Odessa, Texas, 79762. Friends, family, and all who were touched by Sherry's life are invited to commemorate her legacy and celebrate the love and joy she brought to the world.
