Rose Clapper

Rose Marie Clapper, age 63 of Odessa, passed away Wednesday, July 25, 2012 in Odessa.

She was born September 1, 1948 in Lincoln, Nebraska to Frank Truhlicka, Sr. and Margaret Fern Draper Truhlicka. She married Merland Clay Clapper on September 17, 1979 in Glenwood, Iowa. She was a cook for Lincoln Towers, Deering nursing Home and many public school cafeterias.

She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband.

Survivors include her son, Shawn and wife Mandi Clapper of Columbus, Texas daughter, Tonya Randall and husband Josh Randall of Odessa brothers, Frank Truhlicka and wife Lulu of West Fargo, North Dakota, Jim Truhlicka and wife Doris of Fargo, North Dakota, and Jack Truhlicka and wife Catherine of Sidney, Iowa seven grandchildren, Alyssa, Hunter, Haydin, Shandee, Colton, Justin and baby Randall.

Graveside services are scheduled for 10:00 AM Saturday, July 28, 2012 at Sunset Memorial Gardens.
