He was born November 3, 1947. He married Delories Stevens.
Survivors include his wife, Delories Shackelford of Odessa his son, Eddie Williams of Midland his daughters, Brenda Williams of Midland and Connie Wallace of Winnona, Texas his brother, Jimmy Shackleford of Odessa, Texas his sister, Norma Jean Shackleford 6 grandchildren and many great grandchildren.
