Roland Pearce

Roland Pearce, 62, of Odessa, died Tuesday, February 14, 2012 in Odessa from injuries he sustained from an auto accident in December, 2011.

A gathering of family and friends will be held on Saturday, February 25, 2012 at Sunset Funeral Home for 9 AM to noon.

Roland James Pearce was born October 16, 1949 to the late William James and Liselotte Mayer Pearce in Frankfurt, Germany. He received 2 Bachelors Degrees from the University of Texas and the Permian Basin in Odessa. Roland was a retired teacher and recently employed by Walmart in Odessa.

Roland is survived by his sisters Carmen Thayer of Colleyville, TX, Ave Maria Pearce of Burnsville, MN, Sylvia Ambrogio of Grapevine, TX and Lisa Geller Harris, MN and a niece, Melody Hardman.
