Roger Allen

Roger Dale Allen, age 66, of Odessa, TX, passed away on August 6, 2017 in Odessa.

Visitation will be from 6:00-8:00 pm, Thursday, August 10, 2017 at Sunset Memorial Funeral Home.

Funeral Services will be at 1:00 pm, Saturday, August 12, 2017 at Sunset Memorial Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend Dr. Jimmy Braswell officiating.

Roger was born August 11, 1950 to Lyle Curtis Allen and Edna (Green) Allen in Sweetwater, TX. He was raised and attended school in Sweetwater, TX. He worked as a Machinist at McGuire Industries, Inc.

Roger is survived by his three daughters, Melisa Fredrick, Tina Allen, Kyla Norby; sister, Evelyn Watson; 7 grandsons, 3 granddaughters, 8 great grandchildren and his two niece's, Pam Wilson and family and Sharon Marshall and family.

He was loved by many, never met a stranger and had a heart of gold. He remained friends with his grade school and high school friends. If you were his friend, it was for life.
