Robert Ricks

Robert Ricks, 49, passed away Wednesday, February 11, 2009 in Houston.

He was born September 8, 1959 in Kermit, Texas. He graduated from Wink High School and also lived in McCamey, Texas. He married Silva Ricks and was employed as Well Analyst Superintendent for Occidental Petroleum Corporation for 25 years. He enjoyed Fishing, Hunting, Camping and Cook-outs.

Survivors include his wife, Silvia Ricks; daughters, Ashley Ricks and Amy Ricks; son, Casey Ricks; father, Harry T. Sharp; mother, Patricia Sharp; grandchild, Taylor Ricks; daughter-in-law, Jamie Ricks; brothers, Barry Sharp and Michael Sharp; and sister, Kathy Page.

Memorial services are scheduled for 5:00 PM Sunday, February 15, 2009 in Life Unlimited Church, 4224 N.E. Loop 338, Odessa, with Pastor Don Palmer officiating.

Arrangements are under the direction of Sunset Memorial Funeral Home.
