Phyllis Jean Webb, 64, of Odessa, Texas, passed away peacefully at her home on October 17, 2025.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 22, 2025, from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Sunset Memorial Gardens in Odessa, Texas. Funeral services will take place at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, October 23, 2025, at Sunset Memorial Gardens and Funeral Home, with burial to follow at Rosehill Cemetery.
Phyllis Winbery was born on July 9, 1961, in Denver City, Texas, to Kenneth Winbery and Marion Davidson. After her mother remarried, Phyllis was blessed with the father she always deserved, Eugene (Gene) Stover, who lovingly helped raise her.
Phyllis attended high school in Odessa, Texas, where she met the love of her life, Thomas “Tommy” Webb. The two were married on July 9, 1979, in Odessa and shared a beautiful life together. Phyllis and Tommy built a strong and loving family, raising two children who were the center of her world.
She devoted her life to her family and those she loved. Phyllis was known for her warm heart, her kindness, and her ability to make everyone feel cared for and welcome. Her home was always filled with love, laughter, and the comforting sense of belonging that only she could create.
Phyllis was preceded in death by her parents, Eugene and Marion Stover, Kenneth Winbery, her beloved husband, Tommy Webb, and her cherished dog, Annie Oakley.
She is survived by her children, Brian Webb and Krystal Webb Patterson, and her bonus son, Chris Patterson. She is also survived by her sisters, Dianne Vasquez and husband Ramon Vasquez, Beverly Forsyth, and Mary Ann Dixon.
Phyllis was a devoted grandmother to Victoria (Tori) Patterson, Alexandria (Ally) Patterson and her partner Dailan Carrier, and Joshua (JP) Patterson. She was also a proud great-grandmother to Luka Carrier, who shared her birthday.
Pallbearers will be Chris Patterson, JP Patterson, Dailan Carrier, Ramon Vasquez, Rupert Salinas, Mario Matta, and Jerry Webb.
Phyllis will be remembered for her unwavering love, her strength, and her selfless heart. Her legacy of kindness and devotion will live on through her family and all who were blessed to know her.
