Patricia Ann Kevil

Patricia Ann Kevil (Hannon), 89 of Odessa, Tx, passed unexpectedly on March 28, 2024 in Odessa.

Funeral services will be held at 10:00 am Monday April 1, 2024.  The service will be held at Sunset Memorial Gardens, Odessa with Matt Wilson of Antioch Church, officiating.  Interment will immediately follow at Sunset cemetery.

Pat was born near Wright City, Tx to William and Mary Hannon (Franks) on December 22, 1934.  Pat grew up in numerous oil patch towns spanning from East Texas, Mississippi and Wyoming.  She was a 1953 graduate of Crane High School.  In November 1959 she married Bobby Kevil in Odessa.  In her career, she worked for 50 years with only two employers, The City of Odessa, and Southwest Energy/Wood Oil.  She specialized in accounting and was a longtime office manager.  

Pat was the consummate giver of her time, her charity and copious amounts of her advice.  Her loves were her church-Antioch Christian, her family and the multitude of friends that she made in all stages of her life.   Ascending from meager circumstances, she enriched the lives of so many others, while never putting herself first, nor expecting anything in return.  She embodied servant leadership.

Pat is preceded in death by her parents, four brothers and two sisters, her husband Bobby S Kevil, and a litany of extended family and friends.

Pat is survived by her son Kyle (Rachel), and grandson Jaret, all of Burleson, Texas.

Memorials may be given on behalf of Pat to Antioch Church, Odessa.
