Orbara Jones

Orbara E. Jones, 83 of Odessa died Sunday, February 3, 2008 at Medical Center Hospital. She was born February 5, 1924 in Barber, Ark. She was a home maker. Mrs. Jones is preceded in death by her parents Emmet and Lew Tisha Gann Daniels, her husband Samuel H. Jones her sons; Jerry Wayne Jones and John Robert Jones killed in action in Vietnam. Survivors include her son James Donald Jones and wife Kathy of Gardendale, Tx.; their children; Amanda Kelly Jones of Midland, and Stephanie Lea Jones and husband Mario and their children Adrianna, Isabella and Juliana of Austin, TX. Daughter Sammie Ellen Rider of Odessa and her daughter Leslie Laeaurra Flamehawk-Mitchell and husband Ian, their children Benjamin Michael and Gabriel Gavin of Pflugerville, TX. Her daughter-in-law Priscilla Jones and her children John, Jason, and Ashley Jones of Vancouver, WA. Memorials may be directed to Paralyzed Veterans of America, Shriners Hospitals, and Local Animal Shelters. Memorial services will be held at a later date. Cremation arrangements under the direction of Sunset Memorial Gardens and Funeral Home.
