Noelle K. Houser Smith, 69, passed away on Saturday, September 5, 2026, in Odessa, TX.

Visitation will begin at 9:00 AM on Tuesday, September 15, 2026, and funeral services will begin the same day at 10:00 AM at Sunset Memorial Gardens and Funeral Home at 6801 E. Business 20, Odessa, TX 79762.

Noelle was born to Henry Houser and Janet K. Houser in Los Angeles, CA, on December 25, 1956. She was married to Alvie Smith.

Noelle was preceded in death by her parents, Henry Houser and Janet K. Houser, and her husband, Alvie Smith.

Noelle K. Houser Smith is survived by her daughters Katherine M. James, Marie A. Howell and her husband, Jeffery Howell, and Rebecca McDonald. Her Brother, Henry Houser III, and her sisters Jackie McDonald, Gladys Dahlberg, and Carole Oxford. Her grandchildren, Charles D. James, Shawn D. James Jr, Eric A. James, Patrick B. Howell, Annalise R. Howell, and Merideth A. Howell, and one great-grandson, Eliam Henry Howell.
