Nieves Ramirez

September 8, 1950 — November 25, 2020

Odessa

On November 25, 2020, I was laying down watching my husband as he sat at the recliner. When I heard a voice calling my name. I looked up and it was my Lord calling my name. He said; “It’s time to come home.”  And at 5:00 pm, I answered His call.

My heart is filled with joy, but, broken hearted. For my husband [Benny] of over 50 years, can’t come with me, yet. The Lord promised me a Mansion in Heaven, where I’ll be planting flowers and preparing a meal for when my husband comes home and joins me.

Sorry Honey, I left you behind. Tell my kids Benny Jr., Bobby [Samantha], Cindy [Kino] and my baby Angela [Joel]. I love you’ll so much and for them to stay together and never stop loving each other. Oh! I haven’t forgotten any of my grandkids; I loved each one of you so much.

Matthew, Debennie, Kianna, Brianna, Nicolas, Vincent, Deandra, Deanthony, Angel, Vanadee, Aritza, Ariana, and Adrian. Oh, and all my great grandkids. I was Blessed to have you as part of my life.

I hope and tried to be the Best Wife, Mother, Grandmother, Aunt, Friend, Cousin and Sister.

I also leave behind my Sister Cathy, and Brothers Javier and Raymond stay strong.

My biggest joy was serving alongside my husband [Pastor Benny] in the Ministry of the Lord.

Throughout the years, I hope I was a Faithful Pastor’s Wife and Servant of God. 2 Timothy 1:6-10   Oh! How I loved each one of my Sisters and Brothers in Christ, you’ll were my second family. I want you to know I constantly worried and prayed for you’ll. Thank you so much for all the Awesome Memories, I treasured each one of them as my Husband would say stay Strong and Keep the Faith. OH! And don’t give up.

I pray you can come and see me Thursday at the wake, from 3:00 pm to 9:00 pm. There will be a small service at 7:00 pm. Or join me Friday at 11:00 am, and a fair well service at 1:00 pm at Iglesia Bautista Jerusalem led by Edward Rodriguez. I’ll also get to hear the love of my life speak for the last time, before I am placed at my resting place at Sunset Memorial. I will understand if you can’t come. But, keep my Family in your prayers. The days ahead will be hard on them. I would always tell my “Viejito” I love you so much. I know you’ll hurt, till we see each other again. Be vigilant of my kids and grandkids. And Never Forget to Pray for Brothers and sisters in Christ. Love you’ll….

Now, as the pallbearers; Matthew Ramirez, DeAnthony Ramirez, Nicolas Ramirez, Javier Garcia Jr., Kino Poncaino and Raymond Vasquez. Escort me to my resting place. One last Farwell, for this body will wither away. And a “New Incorruptible” without any pain, hunger, or hurt will be given to me. Wow! What a Promise.

The Promises of God are Awesome. Romans 10:9, 10, 13 don’t be left behind.

OK! Bye, got to go. LOVE YOU’LL. . .

Keep my “Memories Alive.” Remember Honey; “I love you and will be by the door waiting.” Don’t give up everyone “Fight the Good Fight, Keep the Faith!”
