Mildred Walraven

Mildred Elizabeth Walraven, age 87, of Tyler, Texas went on to be with the Lord, Sunday December 25, 2022. She passed peacefully with family at her side at Prestige Estates Assisted Living.

Mildred was born in Artesia, NM to John D. House, Father and Irma May Payne, Mother on December 9, 1935.

Mildred was an avid bowler, loved Crocheting, and watching the Cubs & Astros. She was co-owner and worked hard for 37 at WFJ Drilling Tools, Inc. Odessa, Tx

She’s preceded in death by J.L. Walraven- husband, John Lee Walraven-Son, Terrie Elliott-Daughter, Sherrie Reeves-Daughter, and Francis Noble-Sister.

Mildred is survived byJ.D. House Brother Virginia Wife, Mary Lou Wise Sister, Irma Steding Daughter - Bo Steding Husband of Tyler, Tx., Donnie Walraven Son and Brenda Walraven Wife of Brownwood, Tx., Grandchildren Sarah Bentley, Stacy Steding, Amanda Walraven, Jack Elliott, Catherine Elliott, Johnny Elliott, (8) Great Grandkids and (3) Great Great Grandkids.

Rev. Clydel Chapman of North Side Baptist will be officiating a graveside service at Sunset Memorial Gardens on Saturday, December 31, 2022, at 1:00 PM.
