Michel "Mike" Ray Glenn

Michel (Mike) Glenn 75 of Odessa passed away on October 2nd and Odessa, Texas. 

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM on Saturday, October 11, 2025 at Sunset Memorial Funeral Home Mike was born in Wichita Falls Texas in 1950. He met the love of his life, Cheryl Mayfield and they married on March 30th, 1972. Mike worked over 30 years as a plant operator at El Paso products and then as an oil filled pumper at Endeavor.

As a devout morning person, his favorite part of each job was arriving early, enjoying the sunrises and checking on the local wildlife that God provided.

Mike is proceeded in death by his wife, Cheryl, mother Virginia, father Austion, and dear mother-in-law Leone. 

Mike is survived by his son Chris, daughter Tami and granddaughter Madi.

The family was just to extend our sincere things to Interim Hospice, Buena Vida nursing home, Midland Hospice, Enhabit Home Health and many others who have helped care for Mike, these past few years.

The family kindly requests flowers not be sent as arrangements have already been provided. However, donations may instead be made to the pulmonary fibrosis Society in his and Cheryl’s memory.
