Lou Ehrenberg

Lou Ann (Adkins) Ehrenberg, 85, of Odessa, passed away at her home September 25, 2021.

Lou was born April 17, 1936, to the late Allen Henry Adkins and Lottie Lee (Hull) Adkins in Sonora, TX.

Visitation will be from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM, Wednesday, September 29, 2021, at Sunset Memorial Funeral Home.

Graveside Services will be held at 2:00 PM, Thursday, September 30, 2021, at Elmwood Cemetery in Abilene, TX with Reverend Paul Thompson officiating.

Lou Ann was a homemaker and after her “retirement”, she did some volunteer work, she loved to travel and do work in her yard.

Lou Ann is preceded in death by her parents; two husbands, Henry Ehrenberg, Jr., and Brian Brooks; sister, Alice Reynolds; three brothers: Fred Adkins, Frank Adkins, Jack Adkins; daughter, Linda Lou Judkins; and two great-granddaughters, Dylan Turley, and Ava Turley.

Those left to cherish her memories are her twin daughters, Laura Petterson and husband Paul, and Dora McGinnis and husband Larry; five grandchildren: Laci Judkins, Chris Turley, Derek Judkins, Kayla Duree and husband Sam, Braison McGinnis and Destiny McGinnis; three great-grandchildren: Kye Turley, Grover Duree and Madeline Judkins; and numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews.
