John 11:25 – Jesus said, “I am the one who raises the dead to life. Everyone who believes in me will live, even if they die. And anyone who lives because of faith never really dies.”
Lance Allen Todd was born in Santa Maria California on January 5, 1959 to Connie & Barbara Todd and entered eternity on May 24, 2026. He was a son, brother, uncle & friend. Lance graduated from Permian High School class of 1978. After graduation he began his career in the oilfield working for several companies including Santa Fe Drilling, Pioneer Natural Resources, Apache Oil Company and Ovintiv Inc. where he remained until his retirement.
Lance was a true Patriot and Christian, loving God, his Country and his family, he attended Temple Baptist and later Crossroads Fellowship until his health prohibited him doing so. In Lance’s spare time you could find him doing the things he loved, cheering on the Houston Oilers/Texans, and hunting on the family ranch. He was very proud of his extensive gun collection.
Lance was preceded in death by his sister Terry Todd Hill, his nephew Brady Todd and his stepdaughter Monica Castellano. Lance is survived by his parents Connie & Barbara Todd of San Angelo, brother Troy Todd of Odessa, nieces Brandy Todd, Macy Hill, Payton Todd & Arianna Todd & nephew Mason Dixon along with many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Lance will certainly be missed by all that knew and loved him.
A private home memorial will be held in his honor.
Lance loved riding / road tripping on his Harley all over West Texas with his friends.
