Kimberly Contreras, 34, of Odessa, TX, passed away on February 14, 2022, in Houston, TX.

Visitation will be 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM, Monday, February 21, 2022, at Sunset Memorial Funeral Home.

Funeral Services will be held at 1:00 PM, Tuesday, February 22, 2022, at Mid-Cities Church. Obed Borrero of Mid-Cities Church will be officiating. Burial will follow at Sunset Memorial Gardens. Arrangements are by Sunset Memorial Gardens and Funeral home.

Kimberly Contreras was born in Pecos, TX to Marcos Contreras and Janie Contreras on June 30, 1987. She attended Permian High School, graduating class of 2005. She also earned her bachelor’s degree from The University of Texas Permian Basin. She worked as a receptionist for Atkins, Hollmann, Jones, Peacock, Lewis & Lyon, Inc. Attorneys at Law. She was also part of the ministry If Tables and head JV Cheerleading coach for her daughter’s cheer team Compass Cougars.

Kimberly Contreras is preceded in death by Grandfather Marcos Contreras Sr., Grandmother Cecilia Contreras, Grandfather Antonio Lopez, Grandmother Maria Lopez, and nephew Jaxon Kuehn.

Kimberly Contreras is survived by daughter Mia Hinojos, Mother Janie Contreras, and Father Marcos Contreras. Sister Karen Kuehn, Sister Kristi Contreras, brother-in-law Bradley Kuehn, and nephew Knox Kuehn. Aunts and Uncles, Regina and Jose Garnica, Eva and Gus Arzaga, Adan and Yvette Lopez, Samuel, and Silvia Lopez. Lisa and Edmundo Trevino and many numerous cousins.

Pallbearers will be Bradley Kuehn, Joshua Romero, Adan Lopez, Samuel Lopez, Samuel Lopez Jr., Jose Garnica, Samuel Orona, and Harvey Contreras.
