Joe Wiley Mangum, age 77of Odessa, passed away Sunday, February 3, 2013 in Odessa.
He was born August 25, 1935 in Odessa to Wiley Earline Mangum and Mavis Jesse Lott Mangum. He worked as a machinist in the oilfield.
He is survived by his children, Michael Mangum of Odessa, Julie Dunn of New Braunfels and Sammy Mangum of Canyon Lake, Texas.
Graveside services are scheduled for 10:00 AM Thursday, February 7, 2013 at Sunset Memorial Gardens, with Jimmy Braswell officiating.
