JR Dick Watters, of Odessa, age 78, passed away on 03162014.
A memorial service will be held at 4pm, 03202014 at Sunset Chapel at Sunset Memorial and Gardens Funeral Home in Odessa, Texas with the Reverend Jimmy Braswell officiating.
Jerald Watters was born in Menard, Texas to Luther Martin Watters and Lillian Johnson Watters on 04291935. He was a retired selfemployed mechanic.
He is survived by son Rick Watters of Houston, Texas, daughters Cindy Dill and Penny Fancki of San Antonio, Texas, sister Jeanie Dennis of Orlando, Florida, seven grandchildren and seven greatgrandchildren
