In loving memory of our cherished son, Javier Aguirre Jr (Harvey), who brought immeasurable joy into our lives. His time with us will be forever etched in our hearts, and we will recall the laughter, tears, and countless precious moments. He touched the lives of those around him with his kind heart.

Harvey faced life with a bright spirit and an open heart, leaving an indelible mark on everyone who knew him. His warm smile, gentle guidance, and unwavering support made the world better. As we mourn his passing, we also celebrate the beautiful soul he was. Harvey will forever live on in our hearts and our memories. May he find peace in the embrace of eternity. Rest in peace, beloved son.

Javier Aguirre Jr (Harvey), 33, of Odessa, TX, passed away on Tuesday, December 5, 2023, in Cheyenne, Wyoming.

Harvey Aguirre was born in Odessa, TX, on March 13, 1990.

He was engaged to Christina Aguirre. Harvey loved hunting and fishing and was always ready for the next adventure. Harvey experienced the world through his hands; he could create or fix anything, big or small. Harvey was the life of the party, even if he was the only one on the dance floor. Harvey got his GED and was employed with Bullseye Testing, doing flow back, drill outs, and frac watch.

His maternal grandfather, Jesus (Chuy) Medrano, welcomed him into heaven with open arms, and his paternal grandmother, Maria (Mami) Hernandez Aguirre.

Harvey will be deeply missed by his fiancé, Christina Aguirre, of Clovis, New Mexico; his parents, Rodney and Catherine Garcia of Odessa, TX; father, Javier Aguirre Sr.; sons, Xavier of Odessa, TX, and Sincere (Chuy) Aguirre of Midland, TX; stepson, Aydinn Perea; brothers, Josh Baeza (Brianna) of Odessa, TX, Xzander Aguirre of Odessa, TX, Bubba Garcia (Madison) of Portales, New Mexico, Xavier Aguirre (Gabrielle) of Odessa, TX, Xzander Aguirre of Odessa, TX; sister, Allyson Garcia (Bza) of Wimberly, TX, Xasmine Aguirre (Cody) of Odessa, TX, Xiandria Aguirre (late Andres); maternal grandmother, Emma Medrano of Odessa, TX.

The pallbearers will be Rodney Garcia, Josh Baeza, Bubba Garcia, Bza Smith, Kelvin Williams, Ricky Medrano, Taylor Baker, and Angel Villa. Honorary pallbearers are his sons, Xavier Aguirre, Sincere Aguirre, and Aydinn Perea.

Visitation will be on December 14, 2023, from 6:00 to 8:00 pm at Sunset Memorial Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 am, Friday, December 15, 2023, at Sunset Memorial Funeral Home with Bishop Darrell Sutton and Charletta Washington officiating. A burial will follow at Sunset Memorial Gardens. Arrangements are made by Sunset Memorial Gardens.
