Jackie Marker

Jackie Marker, born October 27, 1942, in Loraine, Texas to Ernest and Reba McMillan, was reunited with the love of her life on April 14, 2024, in Odessa, Texas. 

Jackie was raised most of her younger life in Iraan, Texas and moved to Odessa, TX in 1960’s and married her soul mate, Terry Marker shortly after. Together they had four children: Alan, Bambi, Mike, and Lance.  

Jackie is preceded in death by her husband, Terry, parents Ernest and Reba McMillian, and her sister, Margie Gilbert.

She is survived by her children, Alan Wells, and wife Patricia of Odessa; Bambi Marker of Odessa; Mike Marker and wife Krisha of Odessa; and Lance Marker and wife Christi Marker of Odessa;13 grandchildren, 1 cherished grand-dog, and 29 great grandchildren.  

Visitation will be held April 19, 2024, between 5:00-7:00 PM, at Sunset Memorial Gardens and Funeral Home.

Celebration of Life Service will be held Saturday April 20, 2024, at 1:00 PM, at Sunset Memorial Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Dr. Jimmy Braswell officiating. Burial will follow at Sunset Memorial Gardens.
