Jack Rodgers, 79 years of age of Odessa, Texas, passed away on August 5th in Odessa, Texas. Visitation will be 3:00pm to 5:00pm Sunday August 9th at Sunset Memorial.

Funeral services will be held at 10:00am Monday August 10th at Northside Baptist Church with Clydell Chapman officiating. Burial will follow at Sunset Memorial Gardens. Arrangements are by Sunset Memorial.

Jack was born in Odessa to J. W. Ridgeway and Bobbie Oline Parkins on February 6th, 1947. He went to school at Odessa High School. He married Maryann Wright on January 27th, 1967 in Lovington, New Mexico. He worked as a diesel mechanic for Texaco for 20 years. He was a veteran of Vietnam war and served in the Navy.

Jack is preceded in death by his parents Ray and Gertrude Nose and sister Vivian.

Jack is survived by his wife Maryann Rodgers, son Clint Rodgers and wife Tiffany Rodgers, daughter Angela Rodgers, brother Rex Rodgers. Grandchildren Morgan Willard, Addison Rodgers, Kelsey Rodgers and Kayley Rodgers.
