Hilary “Rusty” Theron Millican

At the age of 83 he joined his beloved wife Frankie “TuTu” in heaven on, Tuesday, May 20,2025. Rusty died peacefully in Odessa, Texas with family at his side.

Rusty was born to Mary Odessa and CL Millican on August 1, 1941, in Del Rio, Texas. He was married to his beloved wife Frankie for 55 years.

In 1979 Rusty purchased Apache Machine & Manufacturing and successfully operated that business for 26 years before retiring.

Rusty always had something planned for every weekend with his family. Dune buggies, trail rides, dirt bikes, jet boats, snowmobiles or hunting. He loved to go to Colorado hunting every year with his friends by his side. There were a lot of memories and adventures made in Lake City at the cabin.

Rusty was preceded in death by his wife, Frankie Millican; Mother, Mary Odessa and Father, CL Millican.

He is survived by his son, Dean Millican (April) of Burleson, and Doug Millican (Tracy) of Odessa; Grandchildren, Hilary, Dane, Claire Millican &, Mason Steen; Grandchildren, Kason Steen, Adyson, Hayden & Zaden.

Visitation will be held 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM, Monday, May 26, 2025, in Odessa, Texas at Sunset Memorial Funeral Home.

Services will be held at 10:00 AM, Tuesday, May 27, 2025, in Odessa, Texas at Sunset Memorial Gardens and Funeral Home located at 6801 E. I-20 Business, Odessa, Texas 79762.
