Harry William Lindenberg III

It is with profound sadness that the family of Harry William Lindenberg III announce his passing on Thursday, February 22, 2024, at the age of 76.

Harry, better known as "Sonny Boy" or "Goo-Goo" was born to Frances Mae Peterson and Harry William Lindenberg Jr on April 21, 1947, in Henderson, KY

He leaves behind many people who loved him dearly including a son, Darren Lindenberg; daughter, Jaton Lee; daughter, Kelly Smith; sister, Sandra Elliott; sister, Cindy Graham; a granddaughter, Amber Smith, with whom he shared a special bond; and 8 other grandchildren, Zachary Smith, Joshua Smith, Autumn Wells, Joshua Lindenberg, Jonathon Lindenberg, Zachary Lee, Connor Lee and Eric Lee.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Vivian Elaine Lindenberg; and sister, Christina "Tina" Swinson.

Harry was a proud veteran and loved all sports. He especially loved the Dallas Cowboys, Atlanta Braves, Jeff Gordon and horse races.

His true passion really became evident with the birth of his grandchildren. He was so proud and loved each and every one.
