George W. Leddon, 74, passed away Thursday, November 5, 2009 in Odessa.
He was born February 24, 1935 in Bonifay, Florida to Charlie Albert Leddon and Minnie Delossie Baker Leddon.
Survivors include his mother, Minnie Leddon of Plant City, Florida; children, Terry and Carolyn Leddon of Odessa, Brian and Katie Leddon of Odessa, Jeff and Cindy Skinner of Marshall, Texas, and Bruce Newton of Georgia; Grandchildren, Chris and Kayla Bingham, Chelsea Leddon, Stephanie Leddon, all of Odessa and Justin Newton of Georgia; great grandchild, Tyler Bingham of Odessa; brothers and sisters, Howard, Catherine, Becky, Bobby Leddon of Plant City, Florida and Alberta Walker of Alabama.
Visitation with the family will be 6-9 PM Friday, November 6, 2009 at Sunset Memorial Funeral Home. Funeral services are scheduled for 3:00 PM Saturday, November 7, 2009 at Sunset Memorial Funeral Home Chapel with Emmett Barnard officiating. Interment will follow at Sunset Memorial Gardens.
