Felicia Fulsom, 56 of Odessa, Texas passed away Feb. 19, 2026.

If you knew Felicia, you loved her! She was larger than life – full of personality, laughter, stubborn determination, and a heart that cared deeply for the people she loved. Felicia had a way of making every gathering feel special and every ordinary day fell like an adventure.

She especially loved the holidays. Halloween was one of her favorites, and Christmas brought out her joyful spirit – especially her love for the Grinch. She loved decorating, celebrating, and making memories. Traveling was another passion, and she cherished taking cruises and exploring new places with friends and family. In recent years, she was happiest at the lake and the beach, embracing life fully and creating beautiful memories.

Felicia deeply loved her father, who raised her, and carried that love proudly throughout her life.

She is survived by her loving son, Nolan Fulsom; the love of her life, Michael Howell; Aunt Marsha Keener and her husband, Dan Keener; Aunt Cindy Fischer and her husband Greg Fischer; Cousins, Marc Keener, Daniel Livermore, Ross Fischer, and Ashley Cushman; and many grandchildren she adored, many extended family members and dear friends who will forever hold her memory in their hearts.

She was preceded in by her mother, Sharon Tucker; and her father Roy Fulsom.

A service to honor Felicia’s life will be held Friday 27, 2026 at 4:00pm (Sunset Memorial Gardens and Funeral Home).

A celebration of life will follow Saturday 28th, at Diamonds (on JBS Parkway) at 6:00pm.

Felicia’s life was a gift. Her laughter was contagious. Her love was fierce, and her memory will live on in every holiday celebration, every lake day, and every adventure still to come.
