Chester Wilson

Chester Lee Wilson, age 87, of Odessa, TX, passed away on November 16, 2014 in Odessa.

Funeral Services will be on Thursday, November 20, 2014 at 1:00pm at Sunset Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend Dr. Jimmy Braswell officiating. Burial will follow at Sunset Memorial Gardens.

Chester was born on February 9, 1927 in New Braunfels, TX, to Louis Robert Wilson and Mattie Lou Wilson. He served in the United States Army. He married Donna Beatrice Goolsby Hoover on December 31, 1948 in Aransas Pass, TX. He worked for Santa Fe Drilling foreign and Mobile Oil based in Midland.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Louis and Mattie Wilson wife, Donna Wilson and son, DeWayne Wilson.

He is survived by his daughter, Leigh Mouring and husband John Mouring son, Terry Wilson Grandson, Terry Mac Wilson Jr. and wife Shannon Granddaughters, Sheila Wilhelm and Kimberley Hendrix 9 Great Grandchildren and 5 Great Great Grandchildren.

Arrangements are under the direction of Sunset Memorial Gardens and Funeral Home.
