Charla Sarver

Charla Rene (Kirkland) Sarver, age 55, passed away Saturday, July 16, 2022, in Odessa Texas.

Memorial service will be held Saturday, July 23, 2022, at Sunset Memorial Funeral Home at 1:00 PM in Odessa, Texas. Pastor Jimmy Dennis will be officiating.

Charla was born August 25,1966, in Monroe, Louisiana, with her twin brother, Lowell, to Corlis and Jo Kirkland. She graduated from Permian High, was a Peppette and later Permian Reunion organizer. She graduated with a business degree from University of Phoenix. She was active in basketball, volleyball and choir in elementary and junior high. She was a lifeguard at Water Wonderland for several years. She fiercely loved her friends and family and her beautiful Huskies. She loved Permian football, Prince, Journey and the holiday Christmas lights.

Charla was preceded in death by both parents, Corlis Kirkland and Jo Kirkland.

Charla is survived by her brother, Lowell Kirkland; nephew, Alec Kirkland; and brother, Cameron Kirkland; and her fur babies, Mishi and Isis.
