Barbara Ann Jones

Barbara Herring Jones, 84, of Odessa, passed away on November 4, 2026 in San Angelo, Texas.

Visitation will be from 6-8pm Monday, November 9, 2026 at Sunset Memorial Funeral Home.

Funeral services will be held at 10am Tuesday, November 10, 2026 at Sunset Memorial Funeral Home with David Barnum of Grosvenor Baptist Church (Brownwood, TX), officiating. Burial will follow at Sunset Memorial Gardens.

Barbara was born in Temple, TX to Tom and Ida Tyler on January 30, 1942. She went to school in Temple.

Barbara is preceded in death by Debbie Herring Savage and Kayla McIntosh.

Barbara is survived by her children, Tim Herring and wife Melody and Ricky Herring and wife Cassie; Grandchildren, Tyrel and Alison Herring, Zachary and Melina Herring, Kristen and Gunner Holster, Kallie and Chris Ybarra, and Justin and Ashley Herring; Great Grandchildren, Landon and Logan Herring, Orion Herring, Bryson Parker, Kashton Holster, Aiden Ybarra, and Jameson Ybarra.

Pallbearers will be Tyrel Herring, Zachary Herring, Landon Herring, Hogan Herring, Chad Waite, and Ricky Savage.
