Aurora Del Bosque, a cherished mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, entered into eternal rest on April 27, 2024, at the age of 92. She was born on May 27, 1931, in Big Spring, Texas, and later made her home in Odessa, Texas, where she crafted a life filled with love and devotion to her family.
Aurora's life will be celebrated at Sunset Memorial Funeral Home with visitation on April 30, 2024. A church service and interment will follow on May 1, 2024, at Life Unlimited Church, where she found solace and community throughout her life.
In the embrace of her heavenly home, Aurora is reunited with her beloved husband, Bart Del Bosque, her son Bart Jr. Del Bosque, and her daughter Irene Del Bosque, who preceded her in death.
Aurora's memory will be cherished by her devoted daughters, Avora Del Bosque and Brenda Del Bosque, who were the center of her world. Her legacy of love and strength will continue through them.
She leaves behind a legacy of love and laughter, survived by her grandchildren: Amy Balerio, John Marquez, Jacob Ontiveros, Dominick Del Bosque, Shannon Mata, Timmy Ontiveros, and a host of great-grandchildren: Jonah Ontiveros, Alana Ontiveros, Jace Ontiveros, Nathenial Mata, Ethan Mata, Nataliiy Mata, Emitt Mata, Ezra Marquez, David Justin Balerio, Daniel Balerio, Dylan Balerio, Demri Balerio, Asher Del Bosque, and Dante Ontiveros.
Aurora's life was marked by the simple pleasures that brought her immense joy. She found solace and happiness in the kitchen, where her culinary creations brought her family together. Her nimble fingers were skilled in the art of sewing, creating treasures that will be cherished for generations. Aurora's adventurous spirit led her to explore new places and cultures, but her greatest joy was found in the loving embrace of her family.
Her memory will forever live on in the hearts of those who knew her, a beacon of love and light that will guide them through life's journey. May she rest in peace, surrounded by the love of those who went before her and the legacy she leaves behind.
