Sadie was born July 5, 1925 to Jessie J. and Willie Irene Cox in Coleman, TX. She attended school in Novice, TX and graduated from Howard Payne University. Sadie was an excellent teacher and wonderful friend who influenced the lives of many over the years. As a friend for more than 45 years, I will miss her very much and will always be grateful for the time we shared as colleagues, travel-buddies, and as sisters in Christ. Love, Joan
